Return Policies

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, items can be returned within 28 days of the order’s delivery date, providing they are in original re-sellable condition, using our Return Service.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, altered or are not in original condition with all original tags still attached and intact, and the original packaging included.

Items must be sent back in an undamaged shipping box, preferably the one in which the order was received. Items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered to.

 

Return Instructions

  1. To request a return go to the MY ACCOUNT section on our website, and either sign in or enter your email and order number. Next, select the items you wish to return. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email from A Better Mistake in which you’ll find the Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Attach the pre-paid return label (included with the original order) to the package. Please leave the package open in order for the courier to check both the invoice and contents of the package.
  3. Book a pick-up with the courier or drop the package off at a drop-off location. 

Important notes regarding this service:

Ensure the item (s) you wish to return are well packaged and meet all of the conditions outlined above. Please be patient as the refund process may take some time. If you require your refund in a hurry, consider sending via DHL Express (at your own expense).

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted by A Better Mistake.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to you in roughly 14 days after receiving the return. Processing time may vary depending on your Credit Card issuer.
Orders paid through PayPal will be refunded to the same account on which the original purchase was made.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Any shipping costs incurred in the original order will only be refunded to you if all items purchased on the same order are returned.

 

Note: A Better Mistake reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
