HOW DO I RETURN?
Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
Items can be returned within 28 days of the order’s delivery date, providing they are in original re-sellable condition, using our Return Service. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, altered or are not in original condition with all original tags still attached and intact, and the original packaging included. Items must be sent back in an undamaged shipping box, preferably the one in which the order was received. Items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered to.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
There are no charges for return. Pre-paid return label included with the original order. If you require your refund in a hurry, consider sending via DHL Express (at your own expense).
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted by A Better Mistake. For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to you in roughly 10 days after receiving the return. Processing time may vary depending on your Credit Card issuer. Orders paid through PayPal will be refunded to the same account on which the original purchase was made.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
